Based on the concept presented by the system of file sharing peer-to-peer of bit-torrent client, we resort to an initialization file similar to the torrent, and is a starting point for viewing the video.
This file describes some initial sites where the file or part of it, that you want to view. There are also some meta-data such as name, size, mime-type, bitrate, etc...

In Figure 1 you can see two simple examples where there are two servers that provide portions of the total file size equal to 1000 bytes.
In the first example, the file was split into two halves of 500 bytes each being provided by each server. It should be noted the data present on the bottom line which are markings for the division of plots.
In the second example, now have some segments of the file are replicated on both servers. In these, named overlap segments, it creates the possibility of distributing the workload of the entity publishing more fairly. They are three download policies thar can be used on these segments: the indexed debt, rotation servers (round-robin) and random choice. In practice, only the first presents a fair and adaptive use of resources.
