I worked at Intelligent Agents and Synthetic Characters Group (GAIPS) from INESC-ID as Research Assistant, under supervision of Prof. Ana Paiva. In 2017 I worked as a researcher at Disney Research Pittsburgh.

My main scientific interests include cognitive and affective modeling of agents (virtual or robotic), and its impact on human-agent interaction.

G-O-N dataset (Game-Of-Nines dataset) consists in 22 annotated interactions between children dyads, aged 10-12 years-old, playing the “Game-Of-Nines”. The interactions were annotated in terms of Emotions, Social Signals, Action Tendencies and Gaze.

The interactions were videotaped and audio-recorded and posteriorly annotated by two psychologists. We make available, by request, the annotation files and all the information necessary to use them.
