With the information gathered from our previous research, we followed to the User Research Synthesis and created personas and scenarios, based on the insights and the sythetization of the collected data.

We have two personas, one is a music events fan and the other is a music artist. These two will be the main users of our plataform.

Each persona has a backstory, their goals and needs that represent their motivation, their frustrations and a concert routine that tells us what the persona normally does and how they do it and what their usual behavior is.

For each persona, we have three scenarios: before the music event, during the music event and after the music event.
