Sponsorship Opportunities

Different sponsorship opportunities are on offer. These include exhibitor packages, non-exhibitor sponsorships, and customized opportunities.

Exhibitor Package - 2.000 €

1. •Display space in a location in front of the main conference auditorium.
   

2. •One exhibitor pass or two passes per stand. This pass enables personnel to work on their stand and includes delegate catering.
   

3. •Tickets for the Congress Dinner are available at an extra cost
   

4. •Acknowledgement on congress website, comprising logo, image of choice and 200 words of text and link to sponsor’s website
   

5. •Final list of congress delegates (subject to privacy policy)
   

6. •Does not include Vat at present legal rate
   

Meeting Sponsorship (not exhibiting) - 1.000 €

1. •Acknowledgement on congress website, comprising logo, image of choice and 200 words of text and link to sponsor’s website
   

2. •Acknowledgement on sponsor slide shown during the congress
   

3. •Does not include Vat at present legal rate
   

We are happy to discuss custom sponsorship opportunities. These may include for instance poster award sponsorship,  lanyard/conference bag with corporate logo, or dinner sponsorship.
