Performs a statistical t-test
for two samples assessing whether it is
μA − μB {> |
≠}
d0, at level {α |
⁄2},
assuming equal variance.
The base data are from Walpole and Myers [1989], Example 8.6, p 312.
(The user data can come, e.g., from Excel
by simple copy-paste. So, tab characters are accepted.)
If the samples, A and B, are given, they prevail,
and the sizes (n), averages (x-bar),
and standard-deviations (s) are ignored (but have to be present:
any values, such as 0, 0, 0).
Plots the density (f) and cumulative distribution
(F) for the particular Students's t distribution. |
