Computes the OC ("operating characteristic") curve of the sampling plan for an Exponential random variable, fX(x) = (1⁄μ) exp(−xμ), x ≥ 0, μ > 0, with its parameter (μ) unknown. The acceptance constant, k, and the sample size, n, are computed. The quality index, Q, will be QL = XbarL or QU = UXbar, with the acceptability criterion Qk.

Plots the OC curve, Prac(ω).
