Performs
Acceptance Sampling (AS) by variables for decision, according to
the standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.9 ([ASQ]). The sample is given in a 'csv' file
[with (if various) columns of equal size], uploaded by the user.
[The decimal mark can be point ("international")
or comma ("European").] (Table A-2png from the standard).
Example file in comma-style:
data.csv .
(An "Error: 4" means no file was uploaded.)
Plots the user data vs time.
