Derives the Gaussian parameters, μ and σ, from specifications in the 'Mil-Std-414' style, i.e., with given AQL's, for the lower and upper specs.
The application is illustrated with a Gaussian weight, given w, its target value (kg), and τ, (symmetrical) tolerance (%), related to the target. The specifications thus become (L, U) = w (1 ∓ τ). (Gauss_spec.xls)
  An illustrative graph is presented.
