Estimates μ, σ from sums of unequal size samples table or simulates.

Sizes, sums Table of sample sizes and their sums*, in coherent (Amer. or Euro.) format: matrix, csv, copy-paste. •
*Sums: ignored iff simulate.
Columns Sizes:   Sums: Which column has: size, sum. •
Calc. or simul. ? μ, σ   Calculate or simulate from μ, σ, ignored iff calc.. •
prob % Confidence level. •
Points, seed         N. of graph points, RNG seed. •
'Range' (Trial) Plot range (× σ). •
Show values Show the graph coordinates.
Calculate Estimates μ, σ from the sums of unequal size (or equal size) samples, from their sums alone. (μ, σ ignored).
Simulate Simulates the table for the sample sizes given, to obtain μ, σ. (sums ignored).

The items are assumed Gaussian.

Example data can be inserted (copy, paste) in the textarea, above, such as:
  (a) equal size, 4 samples (n ≡ 20), columns 1, 2;
  (b) "industrial" unequal size, 50 samples (144 ≤ n ≤ 1296), columns 3, 2 (suggested 'Range', 10).

For μ and σ, point estimation and confidence intervals are computed.

Draws plots for (1) the Student's statistic, and (2) the chi-squared statistics.
