Non-central t vs. Student's t distribution
Calculates the cumulative probability for a non-central t distribution with non-centrality parameter δ, and for the Student distribution.

n Sample size.
AQL % AQL, in percent (e.g., 0.10 means AQL = 0.10 % or 0.001).
k Acceptability constant (as in ANSI/ASQC Z1.9-1980 [1980])
α % Producer's risk (merely for confirmation).  (Give any value, e.g., 0, if unknown.)
Calculates the cumulative distribution function for a non-central t distribution and for the Student's t distribution, for the t corresponding to the data.  The non-central t probability with δ = 0 is then calculated, and so is the Student's t probability.  These values are confirmed as equal.
