The assistance I humbly provide can be seen as an integration of self-inquiring practices with mysticism (to remove programs and facilitate initiations in new templates of being). Depending on each case, I may also use <em>Belvaspata<\/em> (healing with frequencies that correct distortions in perception), <em>Mahikari<\/em> (a light of intervention to melt toxyns and release unholy alliances) and <em>Astrology<\/em>.<br \/>\nNote that my current in-sessions goal is not to heal the patients but to facilitate their empowerment to potentially become self-healers.<br \/>\nThroughout my path, I have been working with some of the greatest teachers on Earth: <em>Almine, Maria Fl\u00e1via de Monsaraz, Inelia Benz, Leslie Temple-Thurston<\/em>, and <em>Starr Fuentes<\/em>.<br \/>\n<!--Complementary, I also do workshops on a varying range of spiritual themes. Finally, I do scientific research on the link between astrology and genetics, health and emotions using, respectively, omic, clinical and sensor-based data. If you would like to know more or join me in any of these initiatives please contact me.--><br \/>\n<strong>Personal notes<\/strong> (text from 2009): We can no longer protect ourselves from our true nature. We have been pushed-away from our true authenticity by social and personal programs. <!-- the separateness of social lower minds, who carefully over-plan our lives to maintain a false sense of security. The concerns of these structures project us from the still and co-creative Present, the only reality, into past and future, which are only needed up to a certain level.--> These programs are built upon past experiences, genetic predispositions, subliminal light and the collective mind, to carry out a system of beliefs that apparently support our social livings. <!--But, in fact, what it is a belief? Meditate on this. You see, we need to--> Let us go beyond duality and judgement and see reality As-Is. For this purpose, we need to drop away these programs that lead us towards beliefs that hold us apart from our deepest empowered nature. Letting go\u2026 yet so simple, yet so unpredictable\u2026 yes&#8230; we may have to process all of the rising fears.<br \/>\nFears behind any saviour-victim reaction, behind worry-worthy attachments, behind the \u2019should be\u2019.<br \/>\nFears of letting go (\u2026 our system of beliefs), of accepting the unknown, of embracing our shadow.<br \/>\nBy processing our fears (by letting them materialize in our lives and by embracing them neutrally), we raise our personal level of vibration as well as the collective. A wide-set of tools is becoming increasingly available to bring ourselves heart-openly to the now, so we can reconnect with our spiritual side and co-create intentionally and creatively our reality. I humbly collected some of the <a href=\"http:\/\/web.ist.utl.pt\/rmch\/unfoldment\/contents\">tools here<\/a> that I really feel that can work, as they touched and irreversibly changed my personal path. <!--So let us take a deep breath to a new, this time fully commited, journey towards the discovery of ourselves. Any excuse or constraint in the way to process? If not, there is no problem, many may appear as we recover our truthful own space and time. Or, may this experience was ever present, but we only hadn\u2019t notice.
