Computes the volume and area(s) of a truncated cone.

Computes, for a truncated cone with height H and base and top diameters, d1 and d2, respectively: (i) the areas of the bottom and top circles; and, (ii) as functions of height, h, 0 ≤ hH, the profile, r, the volume, V, and lateral surface, A.

Plots, vs. h (0 ≤ hH), the profile, the volume and the lateral area. In the graph, the volume and area are given as fractions, i.e., V ⁄ Vtotal and A ⁄ Atotal, thus always going from 0 to 1. For ease of plotting, the cone axis is positioned horizontally (i.e., the x-axis).

Other suggested data: d1 = 8; d1 = 0 (a cone); d2 = 0 (an "inverted" cone); (H, d1, d2) = (5, 6, 8) (water glass).
