Scientific interests

     As Membro integrado of Centro de Química Estrutural, the scientific interests of M.Margarida Salema in the field of Inorganic and Organometallic Chemistry, led her to be involved in thermochemistry of titanium compounds and more recently in synthesis, characterization and reactivity studies of biscyclopentadienyl organometallic complexes of Mo, W or Ti with heterocycles or biphenyl substituted ligands.
