I received my MSc degree from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Information Systems and Computational Engineering with specialisation in software design in 2005. In 2008 I made my MSc in Biomedical Engineering in a joint program of Semmelweis University and Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Between 2009 and 2015 I was a member of INESC-ID KDBIO Group, contributing to the projects HIVCONTROL - Control based on dynamic modeling of HIV-1 infection for therapy design, and Dynamo - Dynamic modeling, control and optimization of metabolic networks. In 2011 I have started PhD studies at Instituto Superior Tecnico, Lisbon, Portugal. I am currently a member of the research line Systems Engineering in Life Sciences at CSI-IDMEC, working on the project BaCHBerry - BACterial Hosts for production of Bioactive phenolics from bERRY fruits.
